As the Founder & Director of NexEra Talent Pvt Ltd, he brings a deep understanding of recruitment ecosystems, global delivery, and workforce transformation.

He has led end-to-end staffing operations, scaled delivery teams, and developed strategic partnerships for Fortune 500 companies and high-growth startups alike.
